2. Definitions

• Customer: Any individual/entity booking services.
• Service: Tourism package, trip, event, or related service.
• Payment: Any fee, deposit, or amount paid.
• Cancellation: Formal request or decision to revoke a booking.

3. Booking & Payment

• Booking: Must be made in advance via website, agents, or office.
• Deposit: 30% required to secure reservation.
• Full Payment: Due 30 days before travel.
• Payment Methods: Wire transfer, Pesapal (CyberSource-secured), bank transfer, mobile payment, credit card.
• Non-Refundable Fees: Deposits, booking, and administrative fees.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • ≥30 days: Refund minus non-refundable fees + admin charges.
  • 15–29 days: 50–75% deduction.
  • <14 days/No-show: No refund.
• Company-Initiated: Full refund or reschedule at no cost.
• Force Majeure: No liability for deposits; refunds case-by-case.
• Refund Process: Written request; processed within 10 working days; deductions apply.

5. Amendments & Liability

• Right to Amend: Terms may be modified; changes communicated via email/website.
• Limitation of Liability: Not responsible for injuries, accidents, belongings loss, delays, or third-party failures.
• Dispute Resolution: Governed by Tanzanian law; disputes resolved under Tanzanian jurisdiction.

6. Code of Conduct

Customers must respect laws, customs, and wildlife. Misconduct may result in termination without refund.

7. Privacy Policy

Personal information is used solely for service delivery and not shared without consent.

8. Health & Safety

Customers must ensure they are medically fit. Safety guidelines must be followed.

9. Service Modifications

Itineraries/services may be adjusted due to weather, safety, or uncontrollable factors. Customers will be notified promptly.
